Human Resources Coordinator
As a co-owner of a small business for ten years, Marilyn loved her HR duties most. A people-person with stellar organizational skills, she particularly excelled at hiring, training, and onboarding. She values strong personal connections and received the award for Best Customer Service at The Boston Company. Marilyn graduated with a BA from UNH with a major in communications. In addition to co-owning a business, she has a background in financial services and retirement administration and sales and account management. She has also spent over 20 years volunteering in her community, primarily in schools and with sports teams. She will be working in all aspects of HR, but her primary focus to start will be recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and record management. In her free time, Marilyn enjoys running, hiking, tennis and spending time with her family and friends.
