This interactive workshop is all about helping you make the most of decodable books in your literacy instruction. Decodable texts can do so much more than providing students practice with letter-sound relationships—they help students build reading fluency and can even improve comprehension. You’ll explore practical ways to plan lessons around decodable text and how to intentionally fold in language comprehension strategies while having students practice their decoding.
