Catherine McKelvey, Psy.D.

Director of Evaluation

Catherine McKelvey is a licensed psychologist-doctorate in the state of Vermont and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist who provides psychological evaluations for children from early elementary school through college. Catherine has over 10 years of experience working in public education as a school psychologist conducting evaluations, consulting with school personnel, facilitating school-based intervention planning teams, and providing direct services to students. She also has experience working in therapeutic educational settings. Catherine has expertise in evaluating learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, as well as students’ emotional and behavioral needs. Catherine is passionate about the interplay between children’s social-emotional functioning and academic outcomes. She also is interested in developing strong multi-agency collaborative structures to support student success. Catherine earned her Master’s degree and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study from Fairfield University. She earned a doctoral degree in School Psychology from William James College.
