Director of Social Learning and Speech Therapy

Julie Erdelyi, M.A., is the Director of Social Learning and Speech Therapy at the Stern Center for Language and Learning, where she provides consultation and instruction for clients and professional learning for educators. She has a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Vermont and a Master’s degree in special education – developmental disabilities from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She has presented at local and national conferences and has published in the Autism Asperger’s Digest Magazine. She is the author of Activities, Games and Lessons for Social Learning, A Practical Guide, published by Corwin in 2020. Julie continues to partner with Vermont school districts to provide mentoring for teachers and direct instruction to students to build neurodiversity embracing practices in schools.
